Imposition of a penalty on the National Gas & Industrialization Co.

The Capital Market Authority announces the issuance of a CMA Board resolution to impose a penalty of SR 30,000 (Thirty Thousand Saudi Riyals) on the National Gas & Industrialization Co.  due to its violation of clause (B) of Article (40) of the Listing Rules. The company  was late to inform the public about its board of Directors’ decision on 18/01/2014 to strengthen the claims liability with 30,000,000 (Thirty Million Saudi Riyals) . It was later announced on19/01/2014 at 10:45:23.
