The Capital Market Authority (CMA) undertakes numerous efforts and measures to enhance the attractiveness of the Saudi capital market and strengthen foreign investor participation, with the aim of expanding and diversifying the investor base in the capital market.
The CMA seeks to contribute to achieving the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 through the Financial Sector Development Program, which aims to create an attractive environment for all categories of local and international investors alike. In this regard, the CMA works to stimulate investment in the capital market and strengthen its role in capital formation, in addition to developing the market infrastructure, enhancing its stability, and raising the levels of governance and transparency.
