​In accordance to the Capital Market Law issued by Royal Decree No. (M/30) dated 02/06/1424H and its Implementing Regulations, the Capital Market Authority announces that Lesha Capital has completed the commencements of business requirements to conduct Advisory Activities in the Securities Business licensed as per CMA resolution dated 07/11/1446H corresponding to 05/05/2025G.
