Capital Market Authority (CMA) announces the issuance of a CMA's Board resolution to Impose a fine of (10,000) Ten Thousand Saudi Riyals on Amana Cooperative Insurance Co, due to its violation of Article (67) of the Rules on The Offer of Securities and Continuing Obligation. Where the Company did not provide the Authority with and did not disclose to the shareholders its board of directors' report for the financial year ending on 2024/12/31G within the specified period, and where the company did not disclose that until 2025/04/07G.
