In reference to the United Cooperative Assurance Co. announcement on the Saudi Exchange Company (“Tadawul") website on 28/03/1448H, corresponding to 10/09/2026G, regarding the registration of the application for the commencement of the liquidation procedure against the Company.
And based on the Capital Market Law issued by Royal Decree number (M/30) dated 02/06/1424H, and sub-clause (14) of the clause (a) of the Article (38) of the Listing Rules. The CMA Board has issued its resolution to the suspension of the trading of the shares of the Company on the Saudi Exchange starting from Sunday 02/04/1448H (corresponding to 13/09/2026G) until the CMA issues its resolution and the commercial court issues its decision of accepting or rejecting the commencement of the liquidation procedure.
