​In accordance to the Capital Market Law issued by Royal Decree No. (M/30) dated 02/06/1424H and its Implementing Regulations, the Capital Market Authority announces that Wazan Al Nomu Company has completed the commencements of business requirements to conduct Advising Activity in the Securities Business licensed as per CMA approval dated on 07/01/2025 G.
