Based upon the Capital Market Law issued by Royal Decree No. (M/30) dated 02/06/1424H and its Implementing Regulations, the Capital Market Authority (CMA) announces that Imposition of restrictions on the activities and businesses that Asyaf Investment Company is licensed to conduct. Such restrictions shall include prohibiting the company from offering fund units, accepting any subscriptions in public or private investment funds, increasing assets under management, or onboarding any new clients, in accordance to paragraph (a) of Article (62) of the Capital Market Law.
