In accordance to the Capital Market Law issued by Royal Decree No. (M/30) dated 02/06/1424H and its Implementing Regulations, the Capital Market Authority announces that Hala Eastern Capital Company has completed the commencements of business requirements to Managing Investments Activity in the Securities Business licensed as per CMA Approval dated 13/02/1447H corresponding to 07/08/2025G.​
