In reference to the announcement made by Tihama for advertising and public relations (Tihama) in relation the interim financial results for the financial period ending on 30/6/2016, which was announced on the 31/07/2016, and to the announcement made by the company on 04/08/2016 in relation to the delay of the external auditor in delivering the signed interim financial statements for the period ending 30/06/2016
And due to the fact that the announcement of the interim financial results referred to above, was not reviewed by the external auditor who has not singed the interim report.
Based on the Capital Market Law and the Listing Rules issued by the Capital Market Authority and in order to protect investors and maintain a regulated market, the CMA announces the suspension of trading the shares of Tihama for advertising and public relations on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) starting from Sunday 04/11/1437H corresponding to 07/08/2016 until the company announces its interim financial results that is reviewed and approved by an external auditor.
