The CMA Board has approved public offering of Mohammad Al-Mojil Group Company shares. The offering shall be for 30.000.000 shares representing (30%) of the company`s shares, a part of which shall be allocated for the mutual funds. The subject matter shares shall be offered during the period from 27/4/1429H, corresponding to 3/5/2008, to 7/5/1429H, corresponding to 12/5/2008, once the book building process is finalized.
The relevant prospectus, which includes all information that the investor may need prior to taking of the investment decision, particularly share price and financial statements, shall be published by a sufficient time prior to the offering process. This prospectus includes all information that the investor may have to know prior to taking the investment decision, particularly share price and the company financial statements as well as full information about its activity and management.
