In continuance of the role of the Authority in regulating and developing the capital market and in accordance with Capital Market Law issued by the Royal Decree Number (M/30) Dated 2/6/1424H, the CMA Board has issued its decision to publish the amendments to the amended Instructions for the Listed Companies Announcements obtain the views of the public, specialists and interested parties for a period of (30) calendar days, ending on 12/09/1439H corresponding to 27/05/2018G. The amendments aim to enhance the level of transparency and disclosure in the capital market, helping investors to make their investment decisions based on correct and adequate information, in addition to facilitating disclosure procedures for companies listed on the Saudi Stock Exchange, enabling them to comply with the disclosure provisions contained in the relevant implementing regulations, especially the continuing obligations stipulated in the Rules on the Offer of Securities and Continuing Obligations and the Listing Rules issued by the Saudi Stock Exchange Company (Tadawul).
