As part of the Capital Market Authority's ("CMA") continuous efforts to develop the capital market, regulate the issuance of securities and monitor securities and dealing in securities, and regulate and monitor the works and activities of parties subject to the control and supervision of the Authority. and based on the Capital Market Law issued by the Royal Decree Number (M/30) Dated 2/6/1424 H, the CMA Board has issued its Resolution which includes publishing the draft Second Market Listing Rules ("the Rules") on CMA’s website (indicated below) to enable concerned and interested parties to provide their comments and observations until 14/2/1438H (corresponding to 14/11/2016G).
The Rules aim to regulate the offering, registration and admission to Listing of shares in the Second Market, as it includes the conditions registration and admission to Listing in the Second Market and identifies the investors eligible to invest in it.
